Still pulling sand from my ears

“Last weekend I was honored to be able to learn from Adam Mitchell sensei in Milwaukee. I am very impressed with the dedication to this art as presented by Adam Sensei. I know in my heart that he is teaching what was taught to him, and to the generations of teachers before him. 

We had the privilege to learn directly from the old masters, through Adam sensei, as preserved by the scrolls upon which they are written, and taught through generations of masters and apprentices to the present day. That is very powerful. The training was hard and forged the spirit. I am still pulling sand from my ears. My sincere thanks.”
